I removed my wii from my "game room" where my xbox 360 and ps3 are placed, and put it at the gym/lounge area. It's really cool, especially when you have wii party in the house haha! and now here's wii fit. at first i thought I wasn't going to sweat with just some board, but wow I didn't expect I'd be really sweating . I still work out regularly, but wiifit sure is a nice alternative for your workout rest days :) my workout sched is usually after having breakfast and my ever-reliable krill oil which I get here http://krilloil.mercola.com/krill-oil.html and during rest days, I play wii with my family. it's good to be active every day! :D

I would be very interested in some Wii applications and uses for meditation - this sounds very exciting.

I like these types of sporting games a lot and Wii fit is just superb. I thinks these types of fitness programs are really very important for the persons who are concerned about their health. I may be liked by the children or youngsters. Thanks for introducing such types of fitness programs.

Wii is fantastic for physical fitness. I love the sporting games. But with Wii Fit and I'm sure others to follow, it will bring more fitness options for people. It's another way to turn fitness into a fun activity.

Wii Fitness games are amazing, besides there is a scientific research which proves that by playing Wii Fit every day you can lose weight. It is one of the easiest ways how to lose weight and one of the best ways how to spend your free time with friends.

Hey,

I know this review was done a while ago - but you all might want to check out the Fit Plus - an update to the original Wii Fit. I have both and the Fit Plus is definitely better. A lot easier to switch people without having to go all the way back and reconfigure.

The only thing I find a little disturbing is the board says something like "ouch" or "oh" when you step on it. If my scale did that I never would have put on 15lbs LOL!
