Weekly Recap (March 8-15, 2009)
I need a theme-park-style shirt that says, "I survived the Myrtle Beach trip!"
I finally stuck to my guns and had ZERO cheat meals while out of town. That's almost always my weakness, since we usually go out at least once to a nice restaurant.
This time though, I made it clear that I was on a mission, and we had just as much fun, while I continued munching on my "rabbit food" throughout the trip.
I used last week's momentum to get even better results this week, just as planned!
I dropped another half-inch from my waist, and I'm inching (or percentaging) my way closer to single-digit body fat — I'm almost out of the 12's and into the 11's.
My compliance this week was still at least 90% with my only indulgences coming from extra fruit and a few Larabars, which are 100% UNprocessed.
Again, I'm going to keep the gravy train rolling (poor nutritional word choice), and I'm going to aim for even higher compliance, 95-100%.
