Weekly Recap (April 20-27, 2008)

I've been really busy this week, but I'm going to get caught up on finishing the Bikram yoga post and my bio this week.

I still managed to stick to my new carbo-loading/nutrient timing routine, and it worked great this week. I ended up making the tweak I mentioned last week of still carbo-loading on weightlifting days, but only before 3PM, so all those carbs came in when my muscles needed them most.

Thanks to this plan, I only dropped about a pound and a half, but gained in most of my circumference measurements, and my digital scale finally popped out a decent number at 16 percent body fat.

I'm very happy with the results, so I'm going to continue with the same thing this week, no tweaks necessary!
