Weekly Recap (December 2-9)
I've really fallen in love with fish, particularly salmon this week.
I had never been much of a fish eater, only a couple of times per year, but it's one of the few lean meats that is soft enough for me to chew right now, and now I can't get enough of it.
I still miss my juicy chicken breasts and can't wait to sink my teeth back into those, but salmon has made its way into my permanent diet.
Plus, now that I have a lean protein source and can eat bananas too, I can finally get rid of the Ensures which are loaded with sugar.
All of the added carbs have been making me "fluffier" and I'm ready to get back to whole natural foods with the bulk of my carbs coming from fruit.
