Weekly Recap (December 23-30)
After the minor setback last week, my toe is at about 85-90%, so hopefully I'll be able to start true full body circuits tomorrow.
My diet is completely back to normal now, so my eating will be much cleaner and should help to start shedding some of the excess body fat while building back some of the muscle I lost.
I don't expect to make any really major gains until I start back with actual weights and bars, but it's important that I slowly gear my body back up to full intensity after such a long time off due to surgery.
