Weekly Recap (December 30 - January 6)

Today was the first morning in a few weeks where I didn't have to limp to the bathroom. My toe is usually most sore when I first wake up, so that's a good sign that it seems to be healing well.

Hopefully, this time I'll REALLY be able to complete a full body circuit week. I'm so ready to get back into my high intensity workouts with barbells and real weights, but I have to slowly work my way back in to give my body a chance to readjust to the new workload.

It feels so good to be ready to go again, and I'm really looking forward to some great bodyweight workouts this week!
