Weekly Recap (February 10-17)
Today's measurements were a little strange. My weight went down while my body fat went way up! Not exactly the perfect combination, haha.
I changed my diet a little bit last week and was a little less consistent, but I didn't think I made any major changes. I'll go back to what I was doing before and see what happens in next week's measurements.
Also, I'm not sure why my picture came out making me look like a new cast member on The Simpsons, haha, but there must have been some yellow light coming through the window or something.
Either way, I'm still getting stronger and closer to my pre-surgery highs each week, so as long as that continues, I can start cutting and getting my fat/muscle ratio back in shape after I hit about 195.
I'm planning on bulking for at least a few more weeks, but I certainly would like to do it more efficiently than things went this week!
