Weekly Recap (February 17-24)

After last week's big jump in body fat, I ate extremely clean this week.

I certainly didn't mean to lose over 3 pounds, but after removing most of the junk and cheats, I didn't replace them with enough healthy foods. So I just subtracted the bad, without adding in more good.

I'll correct that this week, and see if I can continue moving things in the right direction. I would love to get back to the perfect formula of increasing weight while decreasing body fat again, but I understand it may take a few weeks for my body to recalibrate.

I'm still making great progress on the weights and even feeling a lot better on HIIT after only 3 sessions, so I'm still (bench) pressing on!
