Weekly Recap (February 24 - March 2)

That's more like it! After tweaking a little bit for the last two weeks, this week I finally got back on track by gaining almost 3 pounds while losing half an inch off my waist. I'll take that combo any day!

The workouts continue to feel awesome and I'm still so glad to be back in the weight room and almost back at full strength.

This weeks measurements pumped me up after some less than stellar ones, so I'll be sticking to the same routine this week and hope to repeat these results again!

That's some pretty good progress that John's made. Just out of interest, what was his original body fat % and what does it measure now?
