Weekly Recap (February 3-10)
I just got back in town after visiting family this weekend. I left on Friday which was mostly a travel day, so I did a full bodyweight workout on Saturday for the last workout of the week.
We had free gift certificates to Planet Hollywood and my cousin works at TGIFriday's, so I ate like a monster! haha
That's probably why my weight is up to nearly 190 this week, but I needed the extra boost anyway.
