Weekly Recap (March 16-23)
I was glad to see I maintained most of my weight gain from last weekend and increased arm size, while dropping my waist measurement by almost a full inch.
Of course, the body fat percentage seems way off again, and I REALLY need to try out some calipers and/or a better digital scale just to see if there's a major discrepancy. At the same time, I feel compelled to stick it out with this scale, because it almost seems like a challenge to get this one to read less then 15%, since even if it reads high, hopefully it is consistently incorrect.
I know I've gotten it down to the low teens before, but that's when I was thinner without the same amount of muscle tissue, so maybe it's just not agreeing with a more athletic/muscular body type. I know they make specific digital scales designed just for bodybuilders, but I'm also clearly not in that class, so I'm stuck somewhere in between.
I'll pick up the calipers this week, and at least compare them to my current scale next week.
That about raps it up for this week. See you next Sunday and don't forget you can follow my daily updates over at the forums in this thread: Personal Daily Workout Log.
