Weekly Recap (March 2-9)

I was a little disappointed to see my waist and body fat had both increased this week, while my weight just stayed the same.

The only thing I can attribute it to is I ate a lot more fruit this week. Fruit is certainly better than most snacks, but even natural sugar is still sugar.

I'm going to be extra strict on all carbs this week, while not cutting them off completely of course, and see what happens with my measurements after doing that.

As for the workouts, they are still going great. All of my strength numbers are going up and my endurance is coming back more with each and every HIIT session, so it's all good on that front!
