Weekly Recap (March 9-16)
I went out of town on Friday and ate like a mad man with family all weekend, ballooning up 8 pounds over last week to 192 pounds.
Of course, most of that was just immediate effect from the food the two nights before, but even with the temporary bloated-ness, my waist only grew an inch over last week.
Strangely enough, the body fat percentage went haywire again, saying that after all that, I had LOST 2 percent! Yeah right, I wish. I've really got to look into some calipers to see if they are more accurate, but this was a rare weekend anyway, and things will be back to normal starting tomorrow, so I can start working off those weekend buffets!
