Weekly Recap (May 18-25, 2008)
Great results this week, and I was relieved that I didn't drop too many pounds.
Last week's weight was inflated like I said, since it was the morning after my "farewell to cheat meals" gorging day, so I was more than happy with 188 after a full week of 100% clean eating.
That's one week down, and I plan to continue that clean streak for a lot longer!
Plus, I played basketball at the park nearly every day this week, in addition to 3 HIIT sessions and the added core work, so I didn't know if that was burning too many calories, but my current diet seems to be providing enough fuel for it all.
I'll stick with the same diet for another week, so I can get at least a 2 week sample, before I decide if any tweaks need to be made yet.
