Weekly Recap (May 25 - June 1, 2008)
I had the best results I've had in a long time this week.
After swearing off cheat meals over two weeks ago, clean eating seems to be paying off as expected.
I did have a box of Kashi Oatmeal Raisin Flaxseed cookies over the weekend, but even those were "all natural," and they were the only thing I ate that were processed at all.
I wouldn't classify those as cheating, but I suppose they're not perfect.
Either way, I'm more than pleased with gaining 3 pounds while cutting body fat, always an awesome combination!
The nice thing about getting great results is that they provide the motivation to keep getting more great results, so I'll be steadfastly sticking to my clean eating habits and plan on continuing the upward trend!
