"I'm melting…I'm melting…"
My Wicked Witch of the West routine continues with ANOTHER 2 pound decrease. I don't know what happened.
All week it seemed like I was going to gain a pound or two, or at least stay the same. But when I stepped on the scale this morning I had fallen deeper into the 160's at 166.2.
That's officially mid 160's! I can't even say high 160's anymore!
I don't know how many more protein shakes and Ensures I can drink, but I guess I have to choke down a few MORE each day.
I can't wait to see the doctor for my 3 week follow-up in only 3 more days on Tuesday. I'm REALLY hoping he gives me the go ahead on mushy foods which would make it MUCH easier for me to increase my calories and start gaining back some of my lost weight.
