Weekly Recap (November 18-25)
I'm happy to report I stopped the "I'm melting…" trend and packed on over 3 pounds this week!
Thanks to my new favorite foods, Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Yogurt and Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, I'm now back on track to gaining some of my lost weight back.
I was so close to crossing back over the 170 mark, only four tenths of a pound short.
With the addition of mushy foods and more calories, I think I can afford to do more of my light bodyweight exercises and stretches this week.
It feels good to be working out a little bit again, even if it's only for 10 or 15 minutes at a time.
Plus, I'm only about 10 days away from stepping up to the next group of acceptable foods, whatever is above "mushy" (maybe "slightly less mushy").
Things like macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, and anything else that can be mostly "chewed" between my tongue and the roof of my mouth.
