Weekly Recap (November 25 – December 2)

I gained over 5 pounds last week, which was pretty surprising considering I'm still on an all liquid/mushy diet.

Obviously those pounds are probably more fat than muscle, but I'll take anything I can get at this point since I dropped all the way to the mid 160's at one point.

I'll worry about trimming the fat and swinging the body composition back in my favor once I'm back to full health in a few more weeks.

I go for another post-surgery checkup on Tuesday, so I'll find out if there's any changes to my diet or exercise then.

Also, with the added pounds, I can up my exercise reps a little bit without worrying about burning too many calories.
