Weekly Recap (October 14 - 20)
My weight, body fat, and waist measurements all went up this week, but I'm not disappointed because it was a planned increase.
I'm having jaw surgery next Tuesday, the 30th, and I'll be completely wired shut for at least 4 weeks. I have a underbite that has progressed to the point where my jaw is starting to click and if it gets any worse, it could cause more serious problems.
The surgery's been planned for over a year, but there's a LONG prep phase which is almost over. So, I won't be able to exercise or eat solid foods for at least a couple of weeks. I know I'll be losing some mass during that time, so I'm trying to prepare like a bear does for hibernation, haha, by packing on a few extra pounds.
Also, I'll be better off going with another cool down workout week again, rather than starting a whole new program that would only last for one week.
So, this week I'll be eating more calories per day and sticking with basic workouts, then when I convert to an all liquid diet the following weeks, I should have some spare pounds to lose anyway.
We'll see how it goes, and I'll obviously keep updated on the progress here and on the daily workout log over on the forums.
That about raps it up for this week. See you next Sunday and don't forget you can follow my daily updates over at the forums in this thread: Personal Daily Workout Log.
