Weekly Recap (October 21 - 28)
This was kind of a strange week. I had more full off days over the past few days than I had in several months before then.
My goal was to increase calories while decreasing exercise, so I could pack on a few extra pounds in preparation for my surgery this coming Tuesday.
I will be on an all liquid diet for a full month or more, so I'm sure I will probably lose a few pounds.
But today when I took my measurements, I've actually LOST almost two pounds since last week! I'm not sure why it happened, but it was definitely surprising.
My body fat percentage went up, but my waist actually went DOWN slightly, so today was a pretty strange day all the way around.
I'll be taking today and tomorrow off and eating plenty again, then my surgery is on the 30th, so hopefully I don't lose even MORE weight before then, haha.
We'll see how it goes, and I'll keep you updated on the progress here and in the daily workout log over on the forums.
That about raps it up for this week. See you next Sunday and don't forget you can follow my daily updates over at the forums in this thread: Personal Daily Workout Log.
