Weekly Recap (February 22 – March 1, 2009)

I did reasonably well on this out-of-town excursion, but I still didn't meet my ONE-cheat-meal goal.

Technically, I stuck to the one meal — in fact, used it the night I got there — but I succumbed to, not one, but two additional cheats on the drive home.

Fortunately, as an improvement, I didn't continue the madness when I got home, so at least I'm progressing!

And, as fate would have it, I'm going out of town again in less than 2 weeks to finally hit my one-meal mark!

That about raps it up for this week. See you next Sunday and don't forget you can follow my daily updates over at Geek2Freak.com.

wow thats an improvement! So of course diet has to be followed with the workout, right? or is it just work out that brought you that result???

The more I experiment and test different things, I’m beginning to lean even more toward diet over exercise. Both are obviously important for maximum results, but you can’t out-train bad nutrition.
