Weekly Recap (May 17-24, 2009)
It's been 2 weeks since my last measurements, since I was out of town all last week.
It's been a long time since I didn't measure stats on a Saturday, so I purposely stayed away from the scale for the full 2 weeks, and I was really curious to see the results.
I was surprised to see just how close the results were, but I guess I really shouldn't be, since my diet and exercise stayed nearly identical.
Even while out of town, I only missed one workout, and my diet was 100% clean, including Joel Marion's Cheat Your Way Thin Sunday binge.
The only thing that may have thrown my results off a tiny bit is the fact that I ate the bulk of my calories late last night, since I was traveling all day long.
Normally, I eat the majority of my meals much earlier, allowing a lot more time for that food to digest, but regardless, I'm very happy with my results right after a full one-week trip.
