Weekly Recap (May 31 – June 7, 2009)
After last week's free-for-all, 7-day binge, I nearly erased all the added pounds this week.
I was 100% clean all week, meaning all whole, natural foods (not even protein shakes).
I also cut carbs down to only one apple and one orange per day, while making up for the calories with more almonds/chicken.
I ate a lot more chicken this week, sometimes as many as 5 or 6 breasts per day, but since it was healthy fuel, it's a lot different than if I got all those calories from junk like the binge week.
I'm still shooting for a recent-record of at least 12 days of 100% clean eating, preferably 14 or more.
I'll be carbo-loading today with only fruit to keep the current 7-day streak alive!
