		<description>Great post.  It always perplexed me as to why the foods that are the most healthy for us are the most expensive in the store.  One thing I try to do is to go high and go low just like I do with clothes.  It works, it really does.  Check out one that I did on 5 veggies that are not only healthy for you but very affordable.  I think it goes right in line with what your saying, let me know what you think.  Again great post!

Another way to do it is to add up everything you pick up as you go, then stop shopping or revise what you have in your trolley to get what you need. Hard but it teaches you a good lesson!</description>
