Weekly Recap (March 29 – April 5, 2009)
And just as quickly as it appeared, single-digit body-fat vanished into the yellow fat-colored corridor from which it came.
Yes, after finally attaining my goal of single-digit body fat, I embarked on a completely counterproductive mini-binge last week.
Fortunately, I contained it to only one day and made up a lot of ground throughout the week to bring things back to only slightly worse than last week's results.
I signed up for a one-week trial at the new Gold's Gym by my house, and I attended at least one fitness/yoga/weight-lifting class per day.
I really like to keep things fresh and changing up, so it was a nice change of pace, and they have probably convinced me to go ahead and join once my trial is up.
So, I'll refrain from gorging this week to get my measurements right back where they were last week and possibly even better.
