Sundays are my cheat day where I eat everything I've been dodging all week but to small portions; like cakes, pork chops, and fries. The best bit about cheat days is that you can call them your "awards day" for a nice wicked job staying healthy all week. The less you eat on Cheat Days the less you'll be looking forward to it (as I have experienced). The Chewing Gum is an effective yet accessible piece of counter-craving act when I'm at work and when "they" attack my consciousness (Krispy Kreme, McDonalds, Wendy's, Beer, etc).

Watching what I eat is difficult for me to do everyday. I allow myself one or two cheat days depending on the situation. I bodybuild which helps my body to burn a lot of caloires in addition to doing cardio. I eat a lot of fruit for snacks and a lot of protein to sustain the muscle I've gained. You can follow my progress with pictures of me and others at bodybuild4fitness.blogspot.com.

I think it is so easy to give in to the foods that you love. I find what works best for me is to have one cheap day a week if I am trying to get into competing condition. I use my cheat day to eat what I want as much as I want. My cheat day is usually on a weekend day, reserving the week for hardcord dieting. I don't even like calling it dieting. I call it eating the right way. My favorite foods are baked chicken, fish, protein shakes, nuts, alot of turkey sandwiches on wheat bread. I carb up on my cardo days to keep my energy levels high.

Please check my blog at bodybuild4fitness.blogspot.com
I just started this blog thing to share my many years of experience with the public and the many mastakes I've made throughout the years.

Thanks
