The World's Greatest Treasury of Health Secrets – Another book full of B.S?

Adolf Hitler once said, "If you tell a big enough lie, and tell it frequently enough, it will be believed."

And there are many of us who recognize the lies that car salesmen and politicians spew out, even if it is the act of being evasive. well, what do you know?

Since the world of fitness is something that has caught on with our generation, we have sheisters who have found a way to make a quick buck by promising quick results to people who have little or no knowledge.

Here's an interesting link that deals with some liars that have come out in the recent past, in regards to promising big things when it comes to big biceps, hard abs and so on and so forth.

And so, you might ask, does this book called "The World's Greatest Treasury of Health Secrets" fall in this category?

The World's Greatest Treasury of Health Secrets – Or is it 100 % unadulterated BS?

At first glimpse, there are certain big names associated with the book – some of them being Nobel Prize winners… and so you can imagine that no matter how not-so-earth-shattering the book might be, at least these are health professionals that are considered to be among the best in the world.

The book itself is about 563 pages packed with healthy tips for your heart to just general pointers for men and women and so on and so forth.

(One thing's for sure – if you're as hell-bent as some people are to call this book a sham, you'll have to put in the time in order to find fault with it.)

Of course, there were some people who said that the book was poorly constructed (but never said how or why) and didn't necessarily have secrets as it claimed to have but information that are known to many doctors and patients. Not necessarily laymen, you know…

(These days, everyone has an opinion about health, as irritating as it is.)

But in not wanting someone to insult my intelligence, it was worth my time to look for book reviews that actually told us what the book was about – rather than those short customer reviews with no spoilers!

The World's Greatest Treasury of Health Secrets – In Summary

To sum it up, there were no true secrets in the book but just common knowledge that is known to just about anyone. This link will tell you a lot about the book, thanks to some readers who got really miffed with the book, in expecting much more than it really had.

Yet at the other end of the spectrum, there were some reviewers who reviewed the book more positively rather than just calling it "a waste of time" or just being general information for those who didn't know anything about health and fitness.

Here's a seemingly unbiased book review and a comprehensively detailed critique of the book, and perhaps one that we should give some thought before actually going out to get its updated copy.

And if you just want to get a snapshot, here's the link to the Table of Contents that might just do that…

In Closing

While there might be several skeptics about what the book has to offer, it's being really cynical of some of us to say we know it all since there are almost 2600 secrets offered by these doctors…
