		<description>Hemp hearts have a mild nutty flavor!! The Hemp milk is good! I put them in a coffee grinder with flax seeds,Sunflower seeds,black sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds very healthy for you. Make sure you do short burst of grinding or the mix will get warm and stick to the coffee grinder-hard to get out, Mix 1 at a time!  Hemp has more protein then Soy does!!! Hemp butter is good on a pc of whole grain,nut and seed bread! Pharmasave carries Hemp hearts with free samples!! I mix Hemp milk into dips and sauces for protein. Hope this helps!! As far as protein needs, you should check out Brad Pilon&#039;s book on how much protein we really need. It looks like 90 grams of protein a day. That&#039;d be alright for a woman, but what about male vegans?

You could also add hemp protein powder to that. Apparently it&#039;s just as good as whey, though I haven&#039;t tried it yet.</description>
