It's no wonder that lawyers and teachers are treated very differently by laymen. The former group have obtained the dubious distinction of being labeled as sheisters while the latter are said to be in the noblest profession of all.
If you've never asked yourself why, then one reason why this is so is because of their use of language where the former uses larger and complex words so that their clients feel ignorant enough to need their protection whereas teachers use the simplest words so that their students can understand what's going on.
It isn't very different with a diet either because portion control is something that is often overlooked these days…
Diet and Exercise – Which one is important?
If there's anything that is looked for over the internet the most, it is finding the simplest way to losing weight while even looking for information about the latest diets and for the results that might help them get that body without necessarily working for it.
In this regard, I think like Jimmy Kimmel… here watch this video, and you'll find out why. Voila… yup, staying on a weight loss meal plan as unique as this one is pretty simple even if the exercise program is not necessarily what experts might recommend! Haha…
But seriously, it's all about just eating much lesser yet this doesn't mean you skip meals… not at all! (My cynicism of disorders such as bulimia and anorexia changed ever since doctors introduced the concept of orthorexia as well.)
So, the fact of the matter is that while a diet can be important (take your pick since there are so many around namely Atkins, Zone, Leptin and so on and so forth), it's just as important to exercise regularly as well. Sadly, this is the component of health that is often ignored by people – when it plays just an important role in fitness just as much as eating properly does.
Yes, you might lose weight with a good diet but you won't build up your strength without the right balance of cardio and weight training! Alternatively, bad eating habits along with proper exercise is anything but effective – so you must understand that both of these aspects of fitness must be adhered to, if you want to achieve greater levels of fitness.
Just remember to keep things simple with both dieting and exercise. One day at a time… and sometimes this is as simple as eating a little lesser everyday rather than going on a crash diet only to add on more weight in a few weeks.
Aspects of a simple Weight Loss Meal Plan
No, we're not going to get into certain diets that have become the rage in Hollywood but focus on simple concepts such as the what, when and how much.
#1: What
Unlike several programs that will coax you into believing that you gain immediate results, it's always preferable that you speak to dietitian so that you get the best diet possible which will bring you results for the long-term and not just in a few month. Trust me, if you want a slim body… you'll have to demonstrate patience.
#2: When
No matter which diet you pick, if you forget to eat on time, then you're not on a diet. In obtaining a plan from your dietitian, you should be able to also find out when you've got to eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner.
#3: How Much
Surprisingly, the food pyramid chart which is common knowledge when it comes to dieting today did not contain the vital information as to 'how much' or 'portion control' as we know it until sometime back. This is also just as important as the other two, without a doubt!
In Closing
Think simple, and you'll find that the solutions to all your health problems are often dealt with very simple answers.

I like your post. I think balance and moderation in your eating habits as well as your exercise program is the key to staying healthy and fit.
I agree with you but If I may add, drinking plenty of water also helps in maintaining the right body weight.
