What Color Is Your Urine?

Believe me, that question is probably less invasive than asking a woman how old she is or how much she weighs. So, what color is your urine?
Contrary to the phrase, "The darker the berry, the sweeter the juice," you are shooting for (aiming for, spewing for, etc.) crystal clear urine. The lighter it is, the more hydrated you are.
As you become dehydrated, your urine becomes darker and darker. So, if you ever look down and see Mellow Yellow instead of Deer Park spring water coming out of you, it's time to hit the bottle — the water bottle.
This is especially important during the summer months, when people are falling victim to heat stroke all over the country, due to inadequate hydration.
Remember, keep your eyes on the prize, and drink water throughout the day to keep your "prize" crystal clear.
The recommended daily intake is 8-10 glasses, or about 70-100 ounces, depending on your activity levels. The more active you are and the more you sweat, the more water you need to drink to replenish your bodily fluids.
