Every time I execute three sets of plies of 10 reps each I'm exhausted. I'm really done. The bananas eaten at least an hour before the workout doesn't matter. I'm just lying there on the mat wishing the workout was over.
But it isn't because I'm only halfway through, and am reminded that getting a great body requires two things that most people don't like to spare: a long-term goal and commitment.
Two values that are required if you want to master (let along fitness!) in your lives…
Honestly, it is in these moments of "weakness" that you understand there's always something in you that pushes you to give up but that's actually an opportunity to overcome our so-called humanness.
Honestly, if you ever met a sports star ever in your life, you'll definitely know that giving up is for pussies, no matter what it is!
The World's Most Beautiful Game – Soccer
I love soccer. It's FC Barcelona all the way. Every Saturday and Wednesday night is for soccer, and there is absolutely no interest in the English Premier League. Sorry, they suck!

And they are subjected to running up and down a soccer field while being watched closely by millions of fans around the world. It's a drain on your physical and mental fitness, to say the least.
Not forgetting the amount of traveling that they have to do…
But here's another thought: Do you think they got to this level of stamina in a few days?
Hardly, because most football (soccer) players have started playing since they were young, and it was over the years that they built their stamina, and which has peaked at this point!
What should this tell you about your level of fitness (and stamina)?
You'll have to start slowly and steadily, you know…
So here are a few tips by which you can make a start in the direction of world cup stamina that these sports stars enjoy… and probably, turn a few heads in the process!
